God's Music Garden (Kindermusik®)

God's Music Garden A Christian music development program for children, birth - 8 years (detailed brochure available from church office)

Debbie Garren, Music Specialist and Teacher.

This program helps bring the gift of music to young families at Christ Church and the extended Stark County area. It is based on the nationally recognized curriculum called Kindermusik®, with such units as "Village™," "Our Time™," "Imagine That™," and "Young Child™."

Our primary goals in God’s Music Garden are:

To musically prepare children, ages birth – 8, for a church choir in third grade.
To celebrate and learn the Christian Faith.
To help young children find their place in the church.
To encourage parent involvement with their children in a sacred context.
To help foster an appreciation for music at an early age.
To enable children and parents to enjoy Godly play together.

God's Music Garden Each “school year” semester is 15-weeks long on Wednesdays, in appropriate, developmental age brackets for children from birth through 8 years. While Ms. Garren’s staff position is a gift to the community by Christ Church, fees are charged to help offset the cost of the home supplies. Financial Aid is available.
